Blue gum, Raw honey, 500gms

This raw blue gum honey is a gorgeous light and sweet honey, ideal for multiple uses, including on desserts - drizzling the honey on vanilla yoghurt for example, or vanilla ice-cream.
It'll also make an excellent natural sweetener for tea, coffee and other hot drinks.
The honey was harvested from blue gum (i.e. Eucalyptus globulus) trees growing in the Mount Samaria State Park of north-eastern Victoria.
Its raw honey, because it has been extracted cold, and bottled without any heating or processing.
So it still contains pollen, bees wax and other goodies that are normally filtered out in supermarket honey.
This means the honey retains all the goodness, flavour and vitality the bees originally made it with.
Available in either a 500gms or 1 kg recyclable glass jar with a metal, screw-on lid.
