Shipping policy

We use Australia Post's Parcel Post service for most orders.
Orders are usually shipped same day when received before 3pm.
Delivery usually takes 1-2 days within Victoria and 3-4 days interstate.
Post will email you when they expect to deliver.
A tracking number is collected for all orders.
If you go to www.auspost.com.au/track and key that number in it you can see the progress of your delivery.

Please note:
Australia Post is considered a common carrier at law.
As such Post bears no legal liability for breakages, non delivery, partial delivery or late delivery.
If you're concerned that Post may not deliver to your address safely or promptly, Post offers various insurance and proff of delivery services at extra cost.
