That means the honey has a minimum of 250mgs in each kilogram of the naturally occurring anti-bacterial agent - methylglyoxal (MGO).

It also means this is quite a strong Manuka honey suitable for all applications, ranging from wound treatment, through to colds and sore throats and stomach health.

Blue Hills Manuka is also a delicious, premium-quality honey. It is absolutely pure, natural honey, reflecting the fact that the Blue Hills apiary is located deep within the wilderness of the Tarkine forest reserve in north-western Tasmania.
